911 Curriculum

Course Overview:

This curriculum is designed to streamline instruction and reduce the workload for instructors teaching the Florida Department of Health 911 Public Safety Telecommunicator Program. It provides a fully developed training solution, eliminating the guesswork of daily planning.

With ready-to-use daily lesson plans, instructors can focus on student engagement and success instead of preparing content. The student workbook is available in two formats: a comprehensive guide and an interactive fill-in-the-blank version to increase participation and retention.
